HR Partner with all head of business units within the group (Thailand and overseas) to support & assist them in designing & implementing HR Strategy, HRM, Organizational Structure, Compensation
& Benefits & Incentives, Performance Management, and other HR related matters/projects/Issues

HR People & Organization Strategy
Below are job scopes and duties:
- Formulate HR Strategy in both short & long-term to align with corporate direction
- Develop HR Policy (HRD & HRM & HROD) and implement in subsidiaries in all countries
- Design organization structure and Job Evaluation for high level job in Thailand
- Design and execute workforce planning for group
- Research of best practices in HR space at an international level and implement internally where applicable
- Design, review, revise and implement People Tools & Systems including but not limited to Compensation & Benefits, Incentive, Bonus Scheme and Performance Management System in order to support change in future working environment in both domestic and overseas
- Conduct survey, benchmark and monitor market movement related to Compensation & Benefits and People Tools & Systems
- Support People Management to the Management and HR Management via HR Insights and Analytics
- Partner with HR in overseas country to execute HR Corporate’s policies and practices
- Perform Governance role by conducting HR QAR (Quality Assurance Review) in all countries
Qualifications & Requirements
- A Thai Citizen. Male or Female: Age 35 +/-
- Master’s degree in HR related degree is an advantage.
- Working experience as HR Consultant from reputable HR Consulting Firm/Organizationwill be an advantage
- Experience in the role of HR Business Partner, providing HR Strategy, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Incentive, People Organization Design, other HR related projects.
- More than 5 years experiences in HRD+HRM+HROD
- Strong HR Operations background
- Solid HR concept and ability to align HR to the business
- Systematic Thinking and Analytical Skill is a must.
- Experience in HR Strategy team or involving in HR Strategy formulation is a plus.
- Experience in overseas exposure and work with foreigners is a plus.
- Global Mindset is required.
- Good Business Acumen and familiar with Finance & Accouting terms and definitions
- Experience in managing HR project and work with consultant
- Good communication and presentation skill to the Executives
- Good command of English (Minimum TOEIC Score 700)
