We are manufacturing of Semiconductor in Thailand , with located in Wellgrow Industrial Estate  , Chachoengsao  province our products is Semiconductor under Fagor  brand  for export to   Europe , Asia and  USA  under BOI promotion more than 25 years , we are urgently  looking  potential candidate  to join our manufacturing in  Wellgrow  for strong  team in the position of  .

 HR Officer.

Job Descriptions:

• Hiring base on manpower plan and update manpower status.
• Create personal files and provide supporting documents for new hires and ensure that employment documents are kept and updated.
• Handle, follow up the progress of probationary performance evaluation and keep record.
• Update on time, monitoring and registration employees in master file, Payroll system and turnover report.
• Canteen management, monitoring and control : 5S, stock of rice,  equipment  grease tank  to make sure everything working properly .
• Update health insurance for employee on time Registration in and out for the employees monitoring claim process from insurance company
• Prepare the related company’s document which is required for submitting visa and work permit, social security issues, etc. to the relates government office.
• Provide information to employees in case of employees need support.
• Manage employees transportation both big bus & mini bus and report on time.
• Manage General service and monitoring
• Employees Master file, manage and update.
• Payroll process and issue on time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Administration Or other fields.
• Have an experience in HR at least 1-3 years.
• Experience background in manufacturing with certified IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 as prefer
• Good command in English both written and speaking.
• Good computer skill in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
• Male / Female
• Age : > 24 Years up
• Proactive, Flexible, good attitude, good collaboration ,Team work , Positive Thinking.
