- Coordinates to other Line Manager in scope of HR and related functions
- Implements new HR tools & HR project for HR Development.
- Male only age more than 45 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
- Fluent in both written and spoken business English
- 15 years up in large manufacturing business (3,000+ employees) and 7 years minimum experience in HR Management, HR Development, Salary benefits management,
employee disciplinary action and employee relation field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and other related laws.
- Good Microsoft Office (Advance Level Excel)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills along with problem solving skills.
- Strong logical thinking and fully service mind.
