Manage the HR function, including recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, labor relations with good knowledge of labor law and standards.
Develop HR strategy and policy
Be a partner with head of departments to develop HR related matters
Handle training and development needs within organization
Supervise and monitor HR and Admin team members
Improve environment in working area to contribute the well-being, satisfaction and motivation of all employees by involvement in the Company activities & Health Safety Environmental (HSE)
perspectives.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields
Over 7 years of experience in HRM and HRD area
at least 2 years in manager level
Possess strong knowledge of Thai Labor Laws and able to implement HR system and structure
