Job Description:
- Implement overall of HR procedures & policies for new setup company.
- Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.
- Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
Qualification:
- Male/Female, age not over 45 years old.
- Minimum 5 years of total work experience in full spectrum HR function with minimum 2 years in managerial level.
- Real Estate Business will be a plus.
- Fluent in English
- Strong interpersonal, handson, leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
