HR Manager

- Support Company HR by handling recruitment and selection in Thailand. This will be accomplished by collaborating with business HR generalists and Company business managers throughout the country to ensure a high level of resourcing support & activities.
- Partner with internal customers to develop organizational capability to meet business goals.
- Provide guidance and coaching in recruitment to management and HR as appropriate.
- Act as single point of contact for all managerial resourcing related issues.
- Support the core processes and tools that add value in resourcing.
- Participate in internal HR projects as needed.
- Build relationships with in-country HR teams as appropriate.
- Liaise with in country and regional HR team where needed.
- Ensure compliance by keeping abreast of changing employment legislation, particular to Company in Thailand and by aligning with Corp HR Center practices.
- Recruitment processes – ensure timely scheduling of recruitment activities and all supporting documentation is in good order in preparation for recruitment.
- Responsible for candidate database.
- Provide tactical expertise, advice and guidance to management on resourcing issues that impact their department.
- Manage and facilitate resourcing processes i.e. marketing, advertising, recruitment, and selection.
- Contribute as an effective member of the Company’s HR team.
- Promote diversity in hiring.
