An exciting HR General Manager job (x1 vacancy) is now available in a leading automotive firm in Thailand.
About the HR General Manager Role:
In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad people development strategy, delivering the highest HR quality service to support the growth of business.
You will also take the lead providing direction to all HR activities.
The salary range for this role is THB 70K to 100K per month + Provident fund + Fixed/Variable bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads HR/GA/ER team
- Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for hiring, training, talent management, Com&Ben, Performance/Assessment, GA, IT and also ER
To succeed in this role, you must ideally have good communication skills in English.
Key requirements:
- Only Thai native, age between 40-48 yrs old
- Experience from Japanese manufacturing is required
- Hold on managerial level at least eight years
- Strong knowledge in HR, GA, IT and Labour Management
