Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Managing and developing overall Human Resources & General Administration Strategies, Policies, Activities effectively.
  • Control General Administration functions as Security Guard, Drivers and all facilities.
  • Overall connection with the government and non-government sectors for Social Security, Labor Dept., Employment Dept., Insurance Companies, Car Support, etc.
  • Control for all concerned expenses/payment and checking all Contract before proposal for approval
  • Follow and coordinate with transportation and customer to smooth process delivery
  • Control and search the way to reduce cost about transportation
  • Educate and coach employees to take responsibilities for their personal learning
  • Other duties assigned by HR Director.

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female age 38-47 years old  
  • Bachelor or higher in Human Resources Management
  • At least 10 years’ experience in HR & General Administration functions.
  • Good knowledge of labor law and labor relations knowledge is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
  • Mature and responsible, with excellent managerial skills. 
  • Good -English langue both written & spoken
  • Comfortable with technology and online tools related to HR and team collaboration.
  • Able to work well under pressure
