Responsibilities
  • Responsible for administrative policies for personnel, manpower, recruitment, termination and employee relation to develop potential of employees and satisfy them to work with the firm
  • Controlling of payroll and manage about employee’s welfare to be impartial and accurate
  • Define policy of general affairs administration
  • Controlling about office works, security, cleanliness, sending and receiving of document, reception, phone operation, vehicles and coordination with governments to facilitate and support works of each department

Personnel Administration

  • Planning for recruitment and select personnel as manpower requisition
  • Controlling and supervising about payroll
  • Checking and collecting information of Requisition for Salary Adjustment for approval
  • Provide working guidance to subordinates
  • Survey, compare, review and develop of salary and compensation
  • Propose budgets and control requisitions for employee’s welfare
  • Give suggestions for improving compensation system and employee’s welfare
  • Handling and advise for provident fund
  • Reviewing and improving Company’s rules and regulations
  • Hold the meetings with representatives of employee and propose to Management team
  • Provide advise for penalty in disciplinary actions
  • Assignment and follow up
  • Monitoring and evaluating performance of subordinates
  • Handling for Annual PerformanceEvaluation for staff and worker
  • Document controlling in accordance with ISO 9001 and TIS/OHSAS18001
  • Responsible and Act according to the requirement under ISO9001 and TIS/OHSAS18001
  • Responsible and Act according to the requirements under ISO 14001 

General Affairs Management

  • Processing for apply and renewal of visa and work permit for expats
  • Controlling and solving problem for internal and external documents
  • Controlling and solving problem for reception and phone operation
  • Setting information flow chart in the firm
  • Managing for vehicle services
  • Controlling and solving problems for fuel usage, maintenance and annual road tax
  • Supervising, solving problem, coordinating for office renovation
  • Controlling office expenses
  • Provide working guideline for security guard
  • Selecting, controlling and monitoring of security guard’s performance
  • Apply for Manufacturing license and other licenses
Requirements
  • Male/Female  , 32 Over  years old 
    Bachelor’s Degree in HR Administration or Business  Administration or related field 
    Min.10 years’ experience in HR administration
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR Administration or Business  Administration or related field 
  • Min.10 years’ experience in HR administration Knowledge of Company’s policy
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws, Workmen’s Compensation Fund and Social Security
  • Knowledge of Personal Income Tax
  • Knowledge of Rules and Regulations
  • Knowledge of company business
  • Knowledge of Administrative Structure
  • Knowledge of Safety Rules and Regulations
  • Knowledge of Work Permit and Other Works that Related with Foreign Experts
  • Knowledge of Laws and Related Regulations for Company Business
  • Management Skills (Planning, Controlling, Monitoring and Evaluation
  • Good command English Skills

  • Interpersonal Skills and Coordination
