An exciting manufacturing is looking for Human Resources Director (x 1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the most respected top tier manufacturer based in Chonburi. Reporting directly to the CEO this is a role for a HR who is interested in big firm.

About the Human Resources Director Role:

The HR Director will own and drive the successful execution and profitable growth for all areas of professional services. The role is responsible for understanding the different markets, providing guidance to clients to improve, and driving client feedback into the organisation for product and service improvements. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ensuring appropriate resources are allocated across the organisation based on sales forecasting, product go to market and project demand. Decisions are made, based on information provided, to support the management team in solving problems.

The salary range for this role is THB 150K to 250K per month + provident fund + fixed/variable bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establishing and growing a services business providing value to clients
• Collaborate internally to ensure the needs of customers are included in all improvement activities, including sales, product development efforts and implementation methodology
• Cultivate open communication with customers and business partners to identify opportunities for improvement in processes and methodology
• Serve as executive partner to large-scale clients and markets
• Partner with internal stakeholders drive client advancement and revenue growth
• Investigate potential partnerships to improve competitive positioning of products and services
• Collaborate with cross functional peers to streamline workflows within the organisation
• Hire and retain top talent
• Travel to customer sites as needed

To succeed in this role, you must have at least five years' experience leading people teams.

Key Requirements:

• Master's degree
• At least 10 years professional business experience
• Strong coaching and people development skills
• Strong financial, quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Assertive with a demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships & influence behaviour
