Major Responsibilities

Working with business leaders, hiring managers, and key stakeholders to ensure a robust retention, development and career plans for existing work force and new joiners

Drive initiatives across the business, ensuring seamless linkage with the PAM business and HR organization
-
Provide Business Partner support to PAM Business Leaders
-
Initiating and developing recruitment strategies, thinking outside the box when it comes to recruitment and ways of finding more candidates with the right person for PAM business
-
Coordinating with Talent Acquisition team in Manpower Planning and Movement, Sourcing and recruiting potential candidates, coordinating with L&D team in develop trainings for PAM employees, driving the employee engagement, robust succession plans and developing internal talent

Driving the completion of Performance Management among PAM team
-
Coaching and assisting managers through the process to manage any disciplinary or performance issues with employees ensuring fairness, consistency and adherence to process and legislation
Qualifications
-
Bachelor Degree in HR Management or related field
-
3-5 years experiences in HR business partner or other HR functions
-
Strong general HR professional skills and experience of being a business partner with a leadership team.

Background in professional service industries is preferable
-
Good command in English for both writing and speaking

Proactive and mature personality and service mind attitude
