Description
- Cooperate closely with senior management, especially regarding Talent Development & Acquisition, employee engagement, and cultural diversity, to ensure the company's performance continues to improve.
- Act as a bridge between business management and HR teams
- Support managers and employees in the area of Performance Management, Training, Employee Evaluation, Disciplinary Actions, Succession Planning, etc.
- Implement and execute planned HR strategies to encourage progressive working behaviours among employees to establish a dynamic organisational environment
- Help guide employees through difficult situations in both personal concerns as well as work-related issues
- Advise employees on creating a progressive career path based on owned abilities and motivations for future career opportunities
- Plan talent development programmes for future management roles by analysing competencies needed for the positions and training potential candidates for the require tasks
Profile
- Bachelor degree in HR or any other relevant fields
- Minimum of 10 years in HR
- Excellent English communication
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and ambitious mindset
- Exposure working in MNCs and fast-paced environment
