Location : Lad Krabang Industrial Estate, BANGKOK

Mission : 

The position holder is to provide general operational support and implementing a broad range of activities in HR function such as employee welfare, personnel services, recruitment and general office affairs. 

Roles & Responsibilities : 

  • Implement the personnel administrative services so that equipment, supplies, and other resources are used effectively and optimized.  These services may include: Employee Welfare and Benefits (Healthcare & Life Insurance for Employees and Dependant, Welfare Lens, Company Shuttle, Employee ID Badge, etc.); Employee’s Engagement Activities; Office & Facilities Management.
  • Personnel records maintenance pertaining to employee’s information and benefits, (hire date, job history, insurance documentation, leave accrual records, absences, transfers, etc.).  Performs data audits to ensure employee data are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Provide digitized self-service solutions for employees; designs and establishes a digitized self-service platform to enable employees to have a single point of access to human resource related services.  These services may include access to HR policies, programs and initiatives; benefits administration records; personal information updates; online employee communications content.
  • Facilitate the interview appointment, pre-employment checkup, criminal check, on-boarding program to new employee including welcome kits.
  • Handle relationships with employees at all levels and other stakeholders to ensure satisfactory standards of service.

 Qualifications : 

  • Bachelor degree in HR, Political Science or related fields.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in HR or related fields.
  • Applicable laws, codes, regulations, standards, methods and practices related to employee’s compensation and benefits.
  • Knowledge on HR software applications related to payroll systems (Familiar with SAP and ORACLE is advantage.)
  • Computer literacy in MS Office.
  • Good communicate in English (Written and Spoken)
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results on schedule
  • Good hospitality and effective communication; understand and follow the complex processes.
  • Strong analytical/mathematical skills
  • Problem solving and Intuitive
  • Self-motivation, Proactive mindset and “CANDO” attitude.
