  • Direct and control the over-all operations of Human Resource and Admin Department to ensure that implementation of strategies improving operations and services and provide advice and guidance on all aspects of HR and Admin operations, from recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits and Welfare, Payroll, employee and industrial relations, compliance on local and international law (both for labour rights and human rights) to organizational development and general affairs administration, and to White Factory
  • Direct and clear handling down of instructions among subordinates
  • Consistent coordination with concerned Departments to ensure that related tasks will be carried out effectively
  • Regular coordination with government bodies to be updated on government rules and regulations applicable to local and foreign employees (Ministry of Labor and Employment, Immigration Office, BOI office, etc.
  • Manage HR team of 10; Manage Welfare for employees of 500++


  • Develop, implement and monitor all required personnel procedures relating to staff terms and conditions of employment to ensure that the company complies with legal requirements, human rights compliance and best practice.
  • Provide comprehensive personnel advisory service to all company managers and staff to ensure that the company follows best practice in the management of its staff and to ensure compliance with legal requirements and human rights.
  • Provide employee relations service to ensure that harmonious relationships and effective communications are maintained between management and staff
  • Develop and maintain all necessary training policies and procedures to ensure that all staff are trained and developed to the standards required.
  • Ensure that effective communication of all company related policies, procedures and regulations related to HR and Admin Management


  • Proficient in payroll software management such as B-Plus or similar
  • Knowledge and background in ISO, GMP, HACCP, 5S, Safety and ‘White Factory’ are needed.
  • Good interpersonal and intrapersonal skills in order to properly relate well with people across levels, internal and external and other parties
  • Excellent communication and English language skills to be able to relay message both to local and foreign employees
  • Excellent leadership, management and analytical skills
  • Able to work under pressured environment
  • With high sense of responsibility and knows what an accountability is all about
  • Willing to learn new things and open for challenges
