HR & Admin Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring annual leave and other leaves of each employee
- Monitor employee medical insurance and other benefits.
- Update and follow up the administrative personal files for each employee & ensure that employee database is updated in accordance with HR procedures.
- Handling Employee Relations activities
- Support Head of HR Department as assigned
- Manage office administrations, mobile phone, car and fleet card
- Assist MD as per assigned job (Ticket Booking and other tasks)
Qualification:
- Thai nationality, aged 27 – 35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Management or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR or Admin role
- Familiar with multi-national company and working environment
- Good command of English
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office. Xcel
- Excellent interpersonal skill, multi-tasking, can do attitude and well-organized
