Job Scopes:

• To be responsible for supporting HRBP on HR operation Process
• Support HRBP on recruitment process such as doing job post, seeking candidate, making appointment, sit for interview with Business Units and preparing recruitment report.
• Support HRBP on analysis of HR data to understand trends and resolve problems in order to support the capability of the organization.
• Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions.
• Responsible to support the implementation of HR process i.e. performance management, employee relations, compensation practices, recruitment, succession planning, job evaluation, Human Resource Development & Employee License, organization development, Manpower Planning and other HR programs as required.
• Act as an employee champion and change agent.

Qualification;

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or any other related field
• Working experience at least 2 years
• Strong understanding and experience working with multiple human resource disciplines
• Excellent communication in English and good interpersonal skills.
• Creative, resourceful with a positive ‘can do’ and solution-focused attitude.
