Supports Health Care Compliance (HCC) Officer to run the HCC program to ensure business practices and activities are in compliance with related J&J internal guidelines, local laws and regulations and anti corruption laws including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and operates on a cross sector basis for all divisions of the company.

This position reports to the Thailand HCC Officer.

  • Ability to take complex business situations to ensure compliance growth is achieved
  • Background may include Audit, Internal control, Compliance, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Medical Affairs, Legal, or Regulatory
  • Proven track record in delivering resultsCarry out regular reviews of HCP requests and check on appropriateness of the activity via our HCC policies, and completeness of the documentary requirements.
  • Assist the HCC Officer in doing routine monitoring activities of HCP transactions to ensure healthcare compliance adherence.
  • Provides some administrative support (preparation of documents, contracts, file management, scheduling) to the HCC Officer
  • Assists in compiling the appropriate compliance data, providing routine reports as requested, and keeping listings current, such as approval logs, incident logs and contract logs
  • Assists in organizing and updating department files and database
  • Helps maintain and disseminates health care compliance information.
  • Performs transactions related to due diligence requirements for third party vendors
  • Coordinates implementation of projects of the HCC Officer.
  • Builds and maintains spreadsheets, documents and reports.
  • Interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Reviews post activity analyses with internal business partners and suppliers to provide guidance on completion of required documentation so that is accurate and consistent with healthcare compliance guidelines and policies.
  • Prepares work papers, and compiles reports on findings and tracking results in healthcare compliance programs and assessment.
Education and Experience:
  • Master of accounting, auditing, finance, law; advanced degree or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years business experiences
  • Knowledge of auditing, finance, laws, compliance, accounting, regulations and industry standards for Thailand.

  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, verbal) – additional language skills advantageous
