Position: Head of Telesales

Industry: Online & Offiline broker of financial products

Location: MRT Lumpini

Key Responsibilities:

<Overview>

- be in charge of managing Tele-Sales team for Motor Insurance which is one of the business focus and growing team
- ensure the achievement of sales target against performance
- ensure the team environment and atmosphere to be driven with quality, following company values
- always pursue and initiate the effective and productive work process

<Details>
- manage telesales supervisors, business analysists, trainers to ensure daily performance
- coordinate with the other teams (i.e. technology team, and media team) to get more insights and inputs
- monitor and review daily processes of telesales operators and see any technology, manpower, or any other support required to make better environement
- always pay attention to the area of improvement and initiate, implement the better way of execution in order to improve efficiency
- communicate well with telesales operators to understand their voice and customers voice regarding motor insurance products. Think of few ideas if needed to match more with the market.
- analyze the business/ operation challenges, and make strategized priorities to the product to pitch
- lead compaigns collaborating with the marketing team to optimize customer acquisition cost
- communicate with members to build good working culture and environment including performance reviews, coaching, counselling, and disciplining
- prepare performance report (target, actual performance, sales, manpower, cost etc)


Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree (min GPA 3.0) prefer in Business, Communication Studies, Marketing or related- - 5+ years' experience of managing call center (size 100+)   
       -
strategy planning   
       - KPI management   
       - sales achievement management   
       - status quo analysis and solution thinking     
       - regular report to the management   
       - training of leaders   
- knowledge and working background in insurance or banking industry 
5+ years' experience of managing call center 
- English : fluent enough to report both in writing and speaking in Foreign directors
