Head of Quality Control – Beverage

We are looking for “Head of Quality Control” to set up Quality Control plan of Raw Material, Processing, Finished Product including cleaning in process, process water monitoring. This role is to roll out incoming process of raw material with specification review and ensure the compliance of material receiving including regularly update to team.
- Establish non-conformity in processing with effective monitoring and reporting.
- Lead and organize in line staff with coaching team for action taken in place.
- Solve problem and participate with multi-functional team for project/special issue.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor in Science Microbiology, Food Science, Food Tech or related fields).
- 8 years relevant experience in Quality Control in related business.
- Successfully/Experience in the establishment in line control plan for Beverage or related products.
- Well understand beverage process control plan from Water treatment, Cleaning in process.
- Managerial, Systematic and Communication Skill ,Dynamic, Work under Pressure.
- Leadership , Communication , Problem solving , Making Decision
