What You will Do :

• Lead our future of work team of product management, program management and operation including management, development hiring and individual goal setting
• Create future of work platform business strategies that improve brand recognition, deliver consistent marketing messages, drive growth, and help attain business goals
• Always be on the forefront of new technologies and recognize opportunities to deploy new capabilities in support of future of work business objectives
• Manage a technology focused budget aligned with business growth expectations
• Organize future of work platform activities that may require interdepartmental meetings and communication ensuring completion of the program on schedule and within budget constraints
• Leading the future of  work platform product transformation from pipeline to future of work platform model
• Work with product development teams on prioritization and execution efforts for future of work platform features and capabilities
• Help manage communications among the product development teams to ensure stakeholder alignment
• Develop, implement, and maintain future of work platform management standards within team
• Lead future of work market research and competitive landscape analysis to assess and identify user and partners business and technical needs
• Build future of work marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
• Lead the execution of future of work marketing programs from start to finish, ensuring ads are created and placed per marketing schedule
• Develop future of work business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics
• Manage people for project involving department focused on the delivery of future of work platform into a finished state
• Define plans,  roadmaps, and standard operating procedures for the future of work team
• Mentor and guide future of work teams, helping to develop their skills
• Accept and manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally

Who you are :

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development
•  PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
•  A minimum of 5 years of experience in team management
•  Master's degree in business, MBA, marketing or related fields
• ​ Experience in human resource management preferred
•  Experience in digital platform preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, readily adapting to continually changing priorities, nuanced feedback, and aggressive project timeframes.
• Must be a team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done
• Must be engaged, passionate, and an independent and self- directed worker with strong time management skills
• An aptitude to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadline
