Head of Finance Business Partner, Lazada eLogistics

Role scope includes the following (but not limited to):

1) Business Partnering

• Drive monthly BU P&L dialogue with BU management
• Provide insightful, timely and value-added input on key financial topics
• Work across locations and if needed functionality to ensure that plans are integrate

 2) Financial Planning 

• Develop and maintain the P&L budget and forecast for one (or more) of the LeL BUs
• Produce robust forecasts that achieve business objectives

 3) Reporting and Analyst 

• Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, forecasts and actual
• Partner Finance Controller-ship team on P&L and B/S management
• Track and control the budgets for CAPEX and overhead expenses for the BU
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the BU

 4) Project and business case

• Partner BU management on specific BU projects (e.g. rate cards, process improvement, system design)
• Drive FP&A process improvement initiatives (e.g. automation, streamlining)
• Any other ad-hoc function assigned by the Management

 General Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Minimum 10 years in financial planning, analysis or finance business partner, prefer background in logistics industry and 2 years as lead/head.
• Strategic thinking, Analytical & problem-solving skills
• Good Communication and influence.
• Good Command of English both spoken and written
• Good organization skills and ability to work under pressure
• Competent user of Microsoft Office software packages specially Excel
