A rapidly expanding E-commerce is looking for a talented Head of Finance and Accounting (x 1 vacancy) in Thailand. In this job, you will lead a team and be responsible for all finance-related functions.
About Head of Finance and Accounting Role:
Reporting to Group CFO, you will lead all accounts and finance activities and manage teams in Thailand. As the Head of Finance and Accounting, you will be in charge of working on the reporting standards and cash management.
The salary range for this role is THB130k - 160k per month + annual leave.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day to day finance and accounting activity and monthly accounts closing
- Responsible for correct and timely submission of corporate and personal tax declaration
- Group accounting policies and new accounting standard that may affect to the group
- Responsible for cash management and monitor purchase to pay and other processes with local and overseas vendors
- Implement accounting system in cooperation with headquarters
- Coordinate with external auditor and government agencies to ensure compliance for accounting area
- Manage the team tasks to complete with the commitment and develop the team member's skills
- Ad hoc project by requirement
To succeed in this role you must have the ability to lead effectively and possess a keen understanding of E-commerce.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related discipline.
- Six - 10 years' experience in accounting manager position
- Experience in multinational company
- Strong knowledge of local tax regulations and experience in liaising with the Tax Offices is a must
- Strong knowledge of local GAAP and basic IFRS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Excel
