Job Scope
  • Define project scope related to solution and budget based on objectives given by project owner or executive   
  • Define and plan milestones and key deliverables   
  • Develop full-scale project plans including  dependencies and deliverables ownership     
  • Estimate and acquire the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals   
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel   
  • Identify and manage project dependencies, risks and critical path 
  • Lead and organize cross-functional team to deliver end results on regular basis
  • Manage, coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take proactive actions and accountability for their assigned work   
  • Track project milestones and deliverables   
  • Develop and deliver Project Progress Reports and presentations to report status to Project Lead on a monthly basis or as needed 
  • Organize on regular base steering committee meeting   
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team   
  • Manage changes in project scope proactively, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans   
  • Escalate issue or acquire direction from steering committee when necessary   
  • Review and oversee content or deliverables from the project team to ensure that the end result meet project objectives or direction
  • Evaluate the outcomes of the project as aligned with governance and framework during the planning phase  
  • Evaluate the quality of deliverable, successful and unsuccessful element    
  • Conduct project closure meeting, gather lesson learned and develop an End-Project report
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably background in business administration, economics, finance, or engineering
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in digital channel & innovation, digital product solution, IT solution in Finance, Banking or Start-up company is preferable
  • Proven Project Management experience
  • Stress resilient, Visionary, Strong communicator, Open for change
  • Strong analytical skills, Planning and organizational skills, Leadership skills, Execution power, Project and Portfolio Management, Vendor Management
  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions, banking products, Project Management, Software Development Lifecycle (Agile and Waterfall)
  • Strong knowledge of bank wide products & processes, strong knowledge of banking environment development, strong knowledge of new technology possibility and development, knowledge of local regulations
