Job Description/Responsibilities:
Set strategy and plan for internal communication for executives and employees to drive strategic internal broadcasting and communication alignment; upward, downward and across
the functions in Group.
Oversee, execute and control the production of internal communications materials that are appropriate for various channels and purposes to maximize employees’ reception and
understanding of the corporate message.
Oversee several of the internal communications channel, including its effectiveness and improvement.
Develop policy, framework, and process for internal communication.
Manage Company messages/hot issues and news pipelines and follow up feedback.
Be project communications of the Bank and produce a schedule of communication objectives and milestones for the project; a map of vital stakeholders and a message framework
to guide project participants towards a single, coherent message about their work.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Communication Arts, Business Communications, Marketing, Business and Finance, Economics (or any area relating to banking business)
At least 15 years in experience in internal communication, marketing with a background in Banking/Financial business is preferred
At least 5 years’ experience in management level
Experience in corporate communications, communications media development, banking, and economic industry official protocols.
Excellent command of Thai and English (speaking, writing, reading, a speech writing skill is a must)
