An exciting Head of Compliance (Securities) (x1 vacancy) job is now available in a leading bank in Bangkok.
About the Head of Compliance (Securities) Role:
Reporting directly to the Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring that all the policies of internal procedures and outsourced agencies are in compliance with internal policies as well as laws and regulations imposed by Securities Exchange Commission.
The salary range for this role is THB 200K - 300K per month with performance bonus 4-6 months , annual leave 20 days , free parking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consultancy to Senior Management on corporate and regulatory compliance
- Identify and escalate on potential compliance risks
- Establish compliance strategies including providing training to ensure that the employees are aware of the process and procedures
- Deliver other compliance-related tasks as assigned
To succeed in this Head of Compliance (Securities ) role, you will need to have strong compliance knowledge, preferably with experience in securities business.
Key Requirements:
- Masters degree in Economics, Business Administration, Banking and Finance or related fields
- Minimum seven years' working experience in compliance and internal audit, especially in securities industry will be highly preferable
- Strong knowledge of SEC and SET regulations
- Excellent command of written and Spoken English
