Position: Head of Agency Strategy

Salary: Competitive salary plus car allowance, performance bonus and senior package

Location: Bangkok

Job Scopes:

• Lead a group of agency through various channels and technologies transform interactions with prospects, clients and other key partners.
• Drive strategies to improve number of agencies recruiting through effective marketing tools and materials and leading the strategy development and delivery of project.
• Track and evaluate performance and behaviour to ensure that is delivering against a company’s set tactics and targets.

• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insight analytics.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree/Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields.
• Thai male/female, aged not over 47 years.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance industry and minimum 5 years in executive level.
• Good command of English.
• Good computer skill (Microsoft Office).
• Possesses a leadership, strategic thinking, decision making, result-oriented, coaching, people management and budgetary management.
