You are expected to be proficient in Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel as we are working and tracking our work with numbers. 

As an HCOE Partner, you must be able to use your Interpersonal skills to understand your Business partner both on employee session on the ground and on organization session, you must also possess negotiation skills to be able to reach an employee needed that satisfied both the customer and the company. You must be able to work under pressure and be able to multitask as well. 

Lastly, you should be a person who brings new ideas and initiatives to the table to meet the business needs.

Main Responsibilities

• Taking care of all coordinating with “Bosun" (พนักงานดูแลเรือ “สรั่งเรือ”) on the field (Bangpakong, Nakornluang, Sri Racha, Chonburi)

• Support HR operations: Employee Relations, HRIS, Compensation, and Benefits, Welfare, reports, etc. for every sub-companies of SVL Group. 

• Coordinate and act as a project leader to arrange office activities and operations to efficient in company activities such as CSR, New year Party, Monthly talk. 

• Prepare and consolidate employee data such as leaves, time attendance in a timely manner. Including calculating OT, Commission, etc. before sending to Payroll sections. 

• Manage and be a facilitator about employee's benefits and welfare.

• Supporting directly to Director to set up an internal assignment and local HR policies & regulation.

• Conduct new staff probation evaluation in a timely manners 

• Responsibility in the overall HR activities as compensation & benefits, recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance.

• Implementing HR programs including new hire orientation, onboarding, and off-boarding.

• Assist the HR Manager / Director on ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Able to travel most of the time. (Bangpakong, Nakornluang, Sri Racha, Chonburi) or another area as assigned 

• Smart and self-driven, Passionate in people, Proactive, good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skill, work closely with inter- departments, positive attitude, pay attention to details, energetic and high accountability.

• Possess a "can do" attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, a strong determination & commitment to deliver results

• Problem-solving & analysis, Business Process Mapping & Modeling skills, and Presentation Skills.

• An adaptable, team-player, service-minded, and logical thinking individual

• Knowledge of Labor Law.

ทั้งนี้จากประสบการณ์ในดำเนินธุรกิจมากว่า 60 ปี โดยในส่วนธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์ครบวงจรทั้งด้านการขนส่งทั้งทางบก, ทางน้ำ, ท่าเรือน้ำลึก และธุรกิจชิปปิ้ง ที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าในทุกด้านเรื่องการขนส่งสินค้า ซึ่ง SVL Group เรายังมีอีก 3 กลุ่มธุรกิจ เพื่อขยายและรองรับความต้องการของลูกค้า พร้อมทั้งเดินหน้าธุรกิจให้ทันกับโลกของธุรกิจที่พัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง
