Job Responsibilities :

  • Directs planning for the implementation of marketing programs including setting standards, goals, and performance measures for iServices products & services.
  • Develops plans for employee and customer communications programs.
  • Reviews and plans for any technological enhancements necessary to ensure cost-effective marketing programs.
  • Working with Managers in the Commercial Business Units, and others throughout the opportunities and customer experience enhancement, helps to develop plans for overall customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Directs the iService's marketing effort including market research, marketing strategy and techniques, advertising, promotions and public relations activities.
  • Develops the subject matter and presentation of all advertising, promotional and public relations materials as it relates to the App's products and services.
  • Coordinates market research projects, reviews research statistics and summarizes project results.
  • Develops and directs marketing plans to capitalize on identified targets of opportunities (products or services to specific customer groups) that clearly define objectives, goals and actions to be taken.
  • Supervises and provides technical guidance for Apps process assignments regarding marketing, advertising, communications, and public relations.


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations or related field.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in marketing or related fields.
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of marketing strategy, market research, customer segmentation, public relations, effective communications and advertising.
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Understanding of utility rates, operations, billing, and utility terminology.
  • A commitment to maintain service excellence for customers
