Job responsibilities

1. Initiate sales target and strategy compared with other competitors to improve sales performance and market shares.
2. Develop sales schemes and planning to motivate current dealers and increase new potential dealers.
3. Set up dealer’s sales standard to maintain high performance of each dealer.
4. Collect customer needs and requirements to improve sales performance and increase customer satisfaction.
5. Execute sales team to increase high sales performance by setting sales goals, KPI, and performance evaluation.
6. Manage and collaborate with dealers and related parties to support sales activity for their sales event, roadshows and automotive exhibition.
7. Analyze related information, customer bahavior and marketing insight to formulate practical strategic sales plan, or adjust plan effectively

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related fields
• Minimum 10 years working experience in sales or marketing with team leadership roles & responsibilities
• Having Knowledge or Experience in Motorcycle Industry (Big Bike & Small Bike) will be a big advantage
• Systematic thinker with strong analytical skill
  
• Strong management skill 
• Result Oreinted
• Possess strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Possess knowledge about car leasing process, Due diligence and KYC
• Proactive, energetic, hard working, result oriented
• Able to travel extensively nationwide, and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Computer literate i.e. Microsoft Office
