Position:                     General Manager (logistic, M&R, container operation)

Location:                    MRT Lumpini

Salary Range:             Up to 150K

Working Hours:           Monday - Friday 8.30 AM - 17.30 PM
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all areas of the company business i.e. Finance & Accounting, Operations, Sales & Marketing, HR and Admin.
  • Provide efficient service to internal and external stakeholder with prompt communication and feedback in regards to empty container and any container logistic requirement.
  • Monitor Cost Management; Control and Reduction.
  • Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.
  • Manage overall operation of empty container depot with high return of revenue, managing operation with minimum cost and to increase the profit in monthly and yearly P&L.
  • Supervise the depot team players including both depot staff and the contractor by achieving operation KPI and good performance of depot turnaround time.
  • Develop Team Performance by having dialogues, briefing session, presentations, meetings and proactive counseling.
  • Closely liaise with all customers (internal & external) to resolve all issues timely.
  • Resolve any queries and issues highlighted by customers and employees.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years' experience in managing and supporting depot container operation, logistic (shipping line), M&R (Shipping line)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a lead role
  • Fluent communication in English
  • Ability to lead, encourage and motivate the staff
  • Strong driven qualities and able to work in a highly dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and strateguzing skills
