Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day financial accounting functions of the company in order to produce accurate and timely financial information in a manner that is understandable and useful to both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all accounting data
- Ensure optimal usage of financial systems to gain best advantage form those systems
- Authorize journals for posting into accounting system
- tax submission reconciliation with internal systems as well as supporting GFC on slot swap invoicing back log
- Ensure all VAT/W/T returns/Statutory Tax forms are submitted in a timely manner and all information contained is correct
Qualifications
- 0-1 years working experience in finance and accounting related fields is preferred (ERP, SAP)
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Excellent problem solving
- Knowledge in shipping / forwarding industry would be an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills
- Assertive and tactful
- Accurate, Highly motivated, result oriented individual
- Integrity, Curiosity
