At least 8 years working experience in human resources and general affairs at manufacturing company
Have a good knowledge in Labor Law and related law
Can use Payroll Software Program “ Business Plus ” or other payroll programs
Have basic knowledge about ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949
Good command of English
Can use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Outlook Express
Main Job Duty
Calculate, manage and control payroll duty
Manage and control a report of time attendance for salary calculation and man power analysis
Manage and control a report of over time working hour for man power analysis and budget control
Recruit new employee especially operator level
Contact and coordinate with government offices such as Social Security Office,Department of Labor Protection and
Welfare and other related government offices
Sub Job Duty
Control all necessary preparation regarding to new employee employment such as orientation, basic training before sending to each section
Make a training plan and monitor
Control and monitor driver, maid, security guard and canteen
Control and monitor company supplies such as stationeries, uniform and etc.
Prepare monthly report and submitting to the supervisor
Supervise subordinate to comply with company regulation strictly
Perform other duties which may be required by company management team such as visa & work permit application
