Job Description:
- Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to faceto ensure that guests receive high quality service and supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Preparing Bills and taking payment
- Manage the clubhouse
- Responsible overall reception tasks
Qualifications:
- Thai Male / Female, age above 22 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in related field/ Vocational Training Certificate in Hotel and Tourism Training Institute of Authority of ThailandStudies
- At least 1 year experience in related field
- Good command in English (if can speak Japanese will be very advantage)
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Service minded, professional personal presentation and Hospitality
- Availability: working nights, weekends and public holidays
