Main Responsibility:

• Expand company business by research and development.
• Perform product development & industrialization including concept development, prototype development and process development.
• Search new technologies, explore new raw materials, design experiment for laboratory scale, pilot plant scale and implementing in commercial scale.
• Collaborate with factories on improving product quality, improving production process and troubleshooting of existing products.
• Perform job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Male or Female
• Bachelor degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Bio Technology, Fermentation, Culinary, Agriculture or Chemical Engineering 
• Good command of spoken and written English, Computer Literacy
• Good interpersonal skills, good analytical, problem solving & communication skills, creative from nothing
• Good understanding of ISO9001, 14001, 18001, HACCP and GMP

Work day: Mon-Sat (alternate) 08:00h-17:00h

Work place: Yamamori R&D Center in Thailand Science Park, Pathum Thani
