RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and file cabin crew records, discipline, compliment and profile
• Manage monthly allowance for cabin crew from onboard sale activity in cooperation with Ancillary, Finance and in-flight Service team
• Support FOP administrative task e.g. arranging Personal Protective Kit for crew
• Support management of uniform order, storage and distribution
• Perform other tasks assigned by DFO, CPO and Head of FOP admin & Planning

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of Bachelor Degree in any field
• 1 year working experience in similar capacity is preferable
• Good skill for Microsoft- Excel
• Finance and accounting background are preferable
• Have good interpersonal skills
• High sense of coordinating with team members and other departments
• Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people
• Ability to work independently with high comfort level working in a diverse environment
