JOB SUMMARY
Manage Fleet and Special project portfolio in order to increase Sales Volume
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verify and approach target group
- Effectively plan and implement according to plan to meet objectives/targets within time line
- Develop Fleet program / special program on the quantitative approach
- Monitor competitive movement in the field, evaluate the situation and present to Management
- Conduct monthly performance review with Management
- Well Coordinate and work closely with other functions such as Sales and Distribution and Finance
- Regular contact with others outside the work group.
- Analysis the market/competitive situation in order to set up plan to counteract
- Planning and executing Training Program
- Planning and executing to reduce the number of executive car
- Manage/Study the large volume of big project (Taxi, Logistic, Leasing, construction, etc.)
- Develop, implement coordinate on the Supplier program, Government & Diplomatic pricing
- Conduct training for dealers to understand fleet business
- Support/advise dealers for any fleet biding/deals
Knowledge:
- Bachelor degree , with 6-10 years experience in related field
- Knowledge of marketing and Business Management
- Thorough knowledge of dealership operations
- Working knowledge of sales policies including business management, & distribution
Skill:
- Well developed oral and written communications skills in Thai and English.
- Presentation and Negotiation skill is a must.
Attribute:
- Relatively high level of analytical ability where problems are complex.
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
- Planning and organizational ability.
- Leadership skills and be able to lead District Fleet Sales Manager team effectively
