An exciting Financial Controller (x1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the leading company based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a role for an experience head of finance who would like to take a new challenge in this growing company.

About the Financial Controller Role:

This is a great opportunity for the Financial Controller, as a member of the management team, to be a strategic business partner and be the leader of the operation team to support the business requirements.

The package includes performance bonus + provident fund + group insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial planning and analysis, accounting operation, and information and technology team
• Ensure the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, accounting operation, periodic management reporting and statutory financial reporting
• Oversee the financial analysis team to provide the meaningful analysis over profitability, new product launch and investment requirements
• Responsible for cash and liquidity management, evaluate capital structure and financing including credit and foreign exchange risk management
• Responsible for tax planning and tax compliance including providing suggestion to the business requirements. Ensure tax compliance and audit
• Ensure the smoothness of the IT system use to support the business requirements and operation
• Work cooperatively with the management team to improve the business performance, operation result, new project investments, new products launch

The successful candidate must possess ten years of experience with at least five years leading a finance department / management position.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant fields
• Strong track record of commercial finance and familiar with FMCG
• Strategic yet able to lead the operation and coach the team
• Experienced as a finance leader and business partner
• Able to travel up country from time to time
• Strong people management and stakeholder management skills
• Good command in English and native Thai communication skills
