Our client is one of the leading property development companies. They are now looking for Finance Director who is going to part of their great potential and support Financial Instruments and be in charge of the whole sustainable growth for the company and their business. 
 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial and operational controls and metrics within the organization.
• Analyze current and future business operations and plan to determine financial effectiveness.
• Manage outside lending and equity relationships, as well as relations with investors and shareholders within the investment community.
• Maintain executive responsibility for financial operations, including working capital, capital expenditures, debt levels, taxes, budget, and general accounting.

• Investment analysis and feasibility study for new projects and new investments
• Loan and credit facilities arrangement, including term loan, project finance, trade finance and factoring
• Financing & fund-raising operations to maintain liquidity and support new projects and expansion.
• Develop and direct financial plans to the strategic business plan, company growth, and market opportunities and direction.

• Establish and maintain stable cash flow management policies and procedures, and ensure cash resources are available for daily operations and business and product development.
• Develop finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
• Establish finance operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
• Develop organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; accumulating capital to fund expansion.
• Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; developing action plans.
• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
• Maximize return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities; maintaining relationships with the investment community.
• Reports financial status by developing forecasts; reporting results; analyzing variances; developing improvements.
• Update job knowledge by remaining aware of new regulations; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Accomplish finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed. 

Qualifications:

• Male/Female, 38-46 years old
• Thai nationality only
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance or MBA is an advantage from leading universities.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in management level position.
• Direct experience in Real Estate Development, especially in Luxury housing project.
• Experience in General Accounting and Finance, Financial loans from Banks, Project Feasibilities, Tax, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills.
• CPA license and auditing background would be a plus but not necessary
• Experienced in public companies.
• Great level of communication in English is must.
• Proactive, assertive, strong analytical skills, creative, eager for success, straight forward, aggressive to success.
