Finance and Account Manager

  • At least 7-10 years in accounting or financial
  • Accounting planning skill, Forecasting skill, BOI
  • Legal compliance, TAS, TFRS or IFRS adopted knowle



  • Review to ensure accuracy and completeness of all accounting transactions in financial system and the integrated modules for account closing during month-end and year-end process for financial statements i.e. balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and review the analysis of balance sheet and income statement, and the financial statements ratio and other analysis reports. 
  • Supervise the company’s budgeting process and coordinate with all departments in monitoring and controlling of income and expenses according to the approved budgets. 
  • Communicate effectively and supervised the team on day-to-day activities to ensure smooth and problem-free in accounting and financial transactions.
  • Discuss with accounting and financial manager on any issues and the proposed solutions to the problem. 
  • Review to ensure financial security by following internal controls and protection of proprietary and confidential accounting and financial documents.
  • Review to ensure compliance to accounting and financial standards, as set by the rules of international and local Thai standard. 
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with both internal and external auditors to complete yearly audited financial statements by providing information and answers to auditors. Liaise closely with external auditors in fulfilling all general accepted accounting principles and statutory requirements including preparing year-end audit packages.
  • Encourage the team to follow company internal and external controlled documents (policy, manual, procedure, and work instruction) which refer from customer contract, aviation laws and regulation and ISO-IMS standards. 
  • Promote the safety and environment awareness among colleague, subordinate as well as direct supervisor via safety forum ex. safety talk, toolbox meeting, safety reporting and attend the company monthly safety meting to get zero harm and environment are not impaired.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
  • All accounting information to be completely collected and shown on financial statement by end-month day. 
  • Prepares financial reports by collecting, bookkeeping, formatting within 3 working days of the following month 

  • Legal compliance, TAS, TFRS or IFRS adopted knowledge. 
  • Accounting planning skill, Forecasting skill, BOI knowledge. 
  • Developing budgets, Tracking budget incomes and expenses. 
  • Coordination, and motivating others. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and banking. 
  • If have Accounting Audit Certificate will be an advantage
  • At least 7-10 years in accounting or financial area is preferable. 
  • Reporting skills, Attention to detail, Deadline-oriented, Time management, Data entry  management, General math skills, analyzing information, Statistic analysis, Business knowledge, Good analytical thinking in problem-solving, be familiar with Microsoft office especially MS excel.
