The Opportunity:

As Finance Admin Assistant, you will work for Agoda Services Co., Ltd in Bangkok and report directly to the Tax Compliance and Reporting Manager. You will be part of the Finance Team (approximately 120 professionals) and support the Tax Team in handling daily operations matter.

In this Role, you’ll get to: 

  • Assist the daily accounting operation, including but not limited to tax 
  • Support the team to deliver ad hoc requests/projects 
  • Ensure that the deliverables is accurate and delivered on-time 
  • Ensure that unusual items or cases are brought up for discussion appropriately and solved within the deadline 

What you’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or Tax. 
  • Minimum 1-3 years experiences in Accounting/Tax related field. 
  • Proficient in MS Excel 
  • Strong interpersonal skill, problem solving, prioritization, proactive handling and teamwork with ability to meet deadline. 
  • Dynamic and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment. 
  • Team working skills – ability to collaborate, influence and mediate effectively with other teams both within and outside of finance 
  • Energetic, initiative with good communication skills in Thai and English. 

It’s Great if You Have: 

  • Prior tax experience is preferable but not required
  • Working in Multinational Company is preferable.
