JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Filipino Administrative Assistant who has previous office work experience providing direct support to Managing Director;
• Willing to travel overseas- Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Hong Kong to participate and assists at exhibitions;
• Excellent Academic English Communication both written and spoken skills for content-writing- packaging, labels, Ads, videos, etc.; Marketing Skills- social media content and posting; With a great modulated-voice
• Full-Time Schedule- Monday to Saturday- 9 am to 6 pm with Saturday on-off
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 25—30 year old Filipino; preferably from Manila, Philippines (Female ONLY)
• Graduate of BA/BSc in Business Administration/Marketing
• Computer Literate and Tech-Savvy: I-pad, I-phone, computers, printers, etc.
• Proficient liaison officer- e-mail and phone correspondence
• Experienced Administrative Assistant - providing support to Managing Director
• Good interpersonal skills- Flexible, Patient, Polite, Team Player, and People Person
• Multi-faceted, industrious, versatile, resourceful and multi-tasks
• Good knowledge of Bangkok and Thailand- living in Thailand for at least 2 years, understands Thai ways and culture
• Lives or willing to travel to Pattanakarn 44, Srinakarin 24, Onnut 39 
  

AD-HOC TASKS TO BE COMPLETED:

• Assists in various business projects and errands
• Works as the company’s liaison officer
• Internet Research, write instructions/contents, hire outsource projects,
  check and re-check
• Call/Email abroad to buy samples / products
• Manages Online Marketing
• Other office work, etc.

We are looking for dedicated people who can work on their own initiative. Salary during probation 22,000 THB and after probation 25,000 THB; NON-B Visa with Work Permit will be provided after 6 months probationary period (with conditions).
