Job Descriptions
- Work Order Management
- Follow up with field personnel to ensure ontime completion of work orders
- Work Order escalation and investigation
- Manage & secure physical site access
- Enforce Site Security Instructions
- Spare part coordination
- Escalate to obtain necessary spares
- Site Information Management
- Customer Incident Management Track and Manage Customer Incident.
Requirements
Education:
- University Diploma/ degree in Business or Engineering / ICT
- 2-3 years’ experience within the Telecom Industry
- Experience in NOC
- Experience in Managed Service and Network Roll-out services
- Ability to work in stressful environment
- High Focus on delivering on commitment
- Good Communication skills
Work Place : Suntower B Building , Chatuchak BTS Mochit ,MRT Chatuchak
Work Day : Monday - Friday 08.30 AM.-05.30 PM .
Type Work : Contract 1 Year (Probation 4 Months)
