Job descriptions:
- Support sales team to visit the customer for a technical issue
- Helping the sales team write down TOR (terms of reference) to win the project
- Teaching sales team ASUS advantage (both hardware & software)
- Knowing the latest competitor information (both hardware & software)
- Have hotline to solve after-sales service issue (for VIP)
General qualification:
- Male or Female, Thai Nationality, age 27-35 years
- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- At least 3 years experience of IT industry or PC, Server, Gaming gear, sound card, MB, VGA, ODD and component wireless routers, mini PC+LCD industry
- Passionate towards IT industry relative products, news
- Strong knowledge of IT products
- Strong sense of responsibility to complete own project
- Experience to process after-sales service of ASUS products is a plus
