Position :                               Export & Import Specialist

Location :                              Pluakdaeng,Rayong

Business Type :                    Automotive(Chassis ,Axle)

Working day :                        Mon – Sat. (08.30-17.30)

Benefit :

• Salary: Total Package as 40,000 – 50,000  THB/ month
• Bonus

Qualifications:    

• Male/Female, age 30 - 38 years old.  (Thai Nationality)
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistic & Supply Chain Management or relate field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in export & import ,BOI.
• Fluent in English communicate.(If can speak Chinese to be advantage)

Job description

• Handle daily import & export, shipping issues and documents for customs formalities.
• Prepare Document Invoice import -export Submit to customs clearance process.
• Coordinating with shipping and freight forwarders regarding customs processes.
• Prepare import and export documents, according to the applicable customs rules.
• Perform BOI tasks regarding all necessary processes as required by BOI rule and regulation and processing all documentation concerning BOI requirements.

• Contact and cooperate with customer in order to prepare all relate document for import & export shipment.
• Resolve problem proactively before difficulties escalation.
• Deal on any claim that cause from Transportation, logistics and 3PL till the case completely.

            Involve and advise on packaging design to comply concerned regulation.

• Review log cost and control shipping cost to align with company budget and plan.
