Researcher/Recruiter Job Responsibilities:

Recruiter Job Duties:

• Establish requirements & motivations of clients and candidates by asking questions and active listening.
• Build applicant sources by researching and making contact with candidates building relationships via company database, social media, obtaining candidate referrals and advertising job positions.
• Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analysing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements.

Recruiter Skills and Qualifications:

• Thai Nationality
• Fresh graduate from one of Thailand’s top 10  Universities or overseas University and ideally a GPA of 3.00 or higher
• Good speaking, listening and written English (You will be using English everyday)
• A good confident telephone manner who is comfortable approaching people they have not spoken to before
