Role:

• Primarily responsible for Implementation and Support of ERP Software Solution to SME Organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Study and Understand  Client Business Process
• Identify the Paint points for Fit Gap analysis
• Define system requirements, design and propose solutions
• Configure the software and train the users employees.
• Interact and communicate with Users and Management team of the client
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Male or Female candidate with  at least 5 years of Experience in related roles in Implementing any Enterprise Software
• Experience in business analysis review, documentation, and process improvements
• Comfortable for travelling
• Good verbal and written communication in English
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
