Our client is looking for an experienced Engineering Service Manager to support our customers in after sales service, on daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customer’s
equipment. Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret information received through customer surveys for use in continuous improvement in the department
Provide customers with the information they need to purchase equipment that is appropriate for their projects
Train the sales staff using best practices in upselling, customer satisfaction and brand promotion
Instruct customers on equipment operation, care and maintenance
Schedule resources by coordination with the inside and outside sales team, production manager, and technician teams
Assist in troubleshooting/problem solving for customer field service and sales service issued
Other duties as assigned
Experience
A Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Previous sales and service experience may be advantageous.
Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills.
Computer literacy and good organizational skills.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
Good command of English
