Our client is a property solution company. To support their business, they are looking for an Engineering Director to join the team.
Responsibilities
Being responsible for overall operations of property management and facilities management (such as Engineering, Building, Parking, Client Service).
Monitoring on operation management day to day and long-term planning.
Planning and Monitoring of annual budgets (revenue, expenses, and project).
Developing and implementing plans to improve the operational infrastructure of systems, policies, processes, and personnel in alignment with the objectives of our organization.
Developing long and short-range maintenance plans/programs like emergency response plans, energy management plans, annual budget, etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Min. of 7 years’ experience in Property Management or Facilities Management business.
Experience in managing Office Building or Retails would be a plus advantage.
Strong Leadership and good problem-solving skills.
