Engineering Department Manager - Food Frozen Business/ผู้จัดการฝ่ายวิศวกรรม



  • Provide leadership for TPM, Lean Manufacturing
  • Strong Engineering Background and Leadership skill
  • Handle overall Managing Engineering Department


Job Responsibilities :

  • Lead our engineering teams based in our Plant in Samut Sakorn
  • Suggest guideline/road map and gives advice/consultation and solves problem in order for engineering operation to proceed correctly Is a leader in solving problems, developing, Maintenance, Utility specially energy and modifying the system or the work process of various departments to be more efficient.
  • Lead / Study and follow up on new technologies in order to develop new and improve existing engineering system and techniques
  • Lead / Handle overall Managing Engineering Department consisting of Manufacturing Product, Product Process, Tooling, and Maintenance
  • Strong focus on driving quality management - hands on review of product consistency while monitoring scrap rates to determine trends and areas of improvement
  • Lead the technical development of projects including managing conceptual design, yield analysis etc.
  • Lead Engineering Department in Continual Improvement Activities to improve Quality and Cycle Time, provide leadership for TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S principles
  • Report to MD 

Job Requirements :

  • Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or related
  • Preferably with 10 years in Manufacturing Experience  
  • Experiences as in related field at least 10+ years and at least 5+ years as Management level
  • Strong Engineering Background and Leadership skills and analytical communication and presentation skills
  • Good working knowledge on Total productive maintenance, Lean Manufacturing is plus
  • Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Strong project and time management
