URGENT! We are looking for 1 English to Thai Editor (Japanese content: movies, series, etc.)

Conditions: 

• Full-time, in-house position
• Thai nationality only
• Job location: working at our Bangkok office, work from home may be discussed and arranged
• Compensation: monthly salary

Job description and responsibilities :

• Checking English to Thai subtitled files (Japanese content) undertaken by translators
• Providing constructive feedback on translation quality to translators
• Providing support to translators either concerning translation or subtitling software
• Translating subtitles as required by supervisor where necessary

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in any field. New graduates are welcome
• Excellent command in English and Japanese especially reading and writing
• Third language skill is a plus
• Must be 100% Thai native speaker with excellent proofreading and writing skills in Thai
• Translation and/or Editing experience is preferred
• Ability to adjust to a flexible working time
• Ability to work under time constraints and meet tight deadlines
• Detail and quality oriented, proactive, positive, self-motivated, and hard-working attitudes are required
